Dr Pratt is passionate about the role of plastic surgery in restoring lives in our neighbouring developing countries. He has been involved in cleft surgery missions to Vietnam since 2014 and since 2018 has undertaken trips to Myanmar as part of the Interplast program. 

In Myanmar he has performed complex head and neck reconstructions and helped to develop a formal training program for local doctors to become skilled in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
